North-East Route (Cadaques)
The north-east route Roses(Cadaques), is a route that if the state of the sea allows it is undoubtedly the most beautiful of the Costa Brava, we will sail with our rental boat from Punta Falconera to Cap de Creus, without doubt the Costa Brava paradise.
Once we have rented our rental boat(only for licensed boats) leaving the port we find the Medes Islands in front of us, this time we will leave them for the return, since the sea is always better in the early hours and we have to do about 18 nautical miles to cross the Gulf to the first cove.
Once across the Gulf of Roses we can begin to see and enjoy these magnificent coves.
The first reference cove that we find is Cala Monjoi, a beautiful cove where we can anchor, next to the east direction we find Cala pelosa.
In this Cala it is famous for its restaurant that makes exquisite rice, you can leave your boat moored in a buoy and come to look for you so you can enjoy your rice or your lobster….
If we prefer we can continue sailing and pass by Cap Norfeu and the first Cala is Cala Joncols another beautiful Cala, as everything is incredible you will continue sailing.
We continue sailing and to our right we already have Cadaqués, you will be amazed at the beautiful picture that you have in front of you, it is clear that you can visit Cadaqués by renting a buoy that will come to you to search and disembark in Cadaqués.
We continue sailing towards Cap de Creus.
Once we have left Cadaqués on the right we will pass through some small islands that must be carefully because there are some low ones that you could collide.
Now we arrive in Port Lligat, without a doubt for my taste the most beautiful part of the Costa Brava.
In These Calas we can obviously anchor and have a great day in good company and with a good picnic.
And Cap de Creus we have it 10 minutes from Port Lligat,You have to go to visit it if the sea is in good condition, it is one of the most famous lighthouses of the Costa Brava and Spain.
You have to be very aware of the state of the Sea, since the return is usually complicated, you must always think that you have to cross the Gulf that will be approximately 1 hour of navigation.
The truth is that renting a boat on the Costa Brava is the activity that gives the most satisfaction to the family.
